About Dr. Kirk Milhoan

Dr. Kirk Milhoan became a Christian in high school through Campus Life, a ministry of Youth for Christ. He received his B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University with a double major of Biology and Chemistry in 1986. He then went to UCSD and received his PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology and Pharmacology in 1991. After a year of teaching, he went to Jefferson Medical College and received his MD in 1996. His pediatric residency was completed in 1999 at David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, CA. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at UCSD in 2002. He practices Pediatric Cardiology at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland AFB, TX.
