About Dr. Kim Milhoan

Kimberly D. Milhoan, MD

Dr. Kim Milhoan was blessed to be raised in a churchgoing home, where she learned to revere the Lord. Although she always believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, she began a consistent walk with Him as Lord of her life in 1996. She graduated from Stanford University in 1990 with a BA in Human Biology. After four years as a healthcare management consultant, she entered UC Davis School of Medicine and received her MD in 1998. After taking some time off for full-time motherhood of now high school graduate (Class of 2006) Drew, she completed a transitional year internship in general medicine at Mercy Hospital in San Diego in July 2001 and an anesthesiology residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA) in June 2005. She now specializes in pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at UTHSCSA.
